Sinopsis: El mundo sabe que el multimillonario Tony Stark es Iron Man, el superhéroe enmascarado. Iron Man 2 The Videogame

Combate, sigilo y destrucción. El hombre de hierro carga sus retropropulsores a máxima potencia.

Al abrigo de la nueva película sobre el metálico superhéroe, SEGA presenta su nuevo videojuego sobre Iron Man. Tony Stark se embarca en la más impactante de sus aventuras, una que se separa de lo que ofrecerá el nuevo largometraje.

Los Héroes no Nacen… Se Construyen
El guión de Iron Man 2, el videojuego, se separará notablemente de lo que ofrecerá Iron Man 2, la película, aunque tanto Robert Downey Jr. como Samuel L. Jackson prestarán su aspecto –y su voz en la versión original- al videojuego. Según parece los responsables del largometraje han dado permiso a SEGA para trabajar sobre la historia de acuerdo a lo que crean que será mejor para el videojuego, y los creadores de éste han decidido fijarse más en el cómic como referencia que en el guión del filme.

Así pues lo que desde SEGA trata de conseguirse es una enorme diversidad en cuanto a opciones jugables, más allá de la mera alternancia de estilos a ras de suelo y de vuelo de la primera parte. Cada nivel debe parecer diferente del anterior, y mezclará fases por los aires, secciones con el sigilo como principal condimento y también estancias descomunales repletas de combates.

Para resolver las escenas de acción contaremos con armas en los hombros, y éstas se accionarán con los gatillos izquierdo y derecho del pad, lo que significa que tendremos control independiente de sus disparos. El botón derecho del pad –B en Xbox 360, Círculo en PlayStation 3- se empleará para las acciones contextuales, y también para esquivar las armas del enemigo con, por ejemplo, acciones evasivas ante la amenaza de misiles.

Parece que sus creadores, además, han tomado buena nota de lo que Batman: Arkham Asylum ha supuesto para el género de los videojuegos, y en relación con el título de Rocksteady planean un sistema similar para los combates. Así pues la posibilidad de encadenar ataques sobre los enemigos será mucho más sencilla ahora, puesto que ésta se realizará también automáticamente.
